Proprietor, Jose Chavez, serves the best ribs west of the Mississippi and they literally have no bones. Enjoy these secret recipe ribs in a building that originally was the old corner drugstore, complete with tile floors, tin ceiling and exposed original brick wall (be sure to check the bricks for the hidden surprises). Other menu items include tacos, salads, hamburgers and many other delectable dishes.  Enjoy eating, drinking and jiving to the  music while you relax on the outside patio, weather permiting.  Strut your stuff to your heart's content to the tunes from the digital juke box while dancing on the disco dance floor.  The music from the juke box is piped outside for your pleasure.
