About this Exploration:  The Schoenchen Community Center stands at the corner of Front Street and Cheyenne Street. The building was formerly the location of the Silver Star, a bar and grill which operated for many years.
After the business closed, the building was purchased by the St. Anthony parish to keep it available for community use and special occasions. With a crowd-capable kitchen, spacious dining areas, and a hall in the back with a wood floor and stage, the Schoenchen Community Center can accommodate wedding dances, family reunions, auctions or other special occasions. It is also the Schoenchen area voting place.
