About this Exploration: Silverado's Restaurant & Tavern "built by friends for friends." That is the motto that Owner Shelly Stone and staff live by! Silverado’s has a daily luncheon special that is geared towards keeping the hungry farmers/ranchers in the area satisfied. The menu offers traditional American food which includes such things as Mountain Oysters, pan-fried chicken, hamburgers and chicken fried steaks. Mexican is on the menu for the Saturday lunch special. Dining hours Monday-Wednesday 11 a.m.-2 p.m.; Thursday-Saturday 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-9 p.m.
Fun Facts about Silverado's: The building was built as a lumberyard. It has since been used as two restaurants, a T.V. repair shop, an office building for Tri-Valley Disability Service, and a shop for an oil company. Click here for a review!
