About this Exploration: ![]() C & R Railroad invites you to a quaint community tucked inside a 57- foot mountain range in the McDill "Huck" Boyd Center where intrigued visitor can watch animated O-scale trains chug through the village and arrive at Union Station. This private collection was started in 1966 by Bill Clarke. Bill has been a lifelong resident of Phillips County and the town photographer for over 50 years. Three decades after starting his collection, it has grown to 94 engines, 170 cars, 34 cabooses and 137 railroad lanterns which
