Wednesday is the day to plan to have lunch at the Sale Barn Cafe'.  It is open for lunch and stays open throughout the duration of the cattle sale.  You don't have to come to the sale to stop in for lunch or an afternoon snack.  The food is great and the desserts are worth the stop. everything is home made.
