Prior to that time it was a sand greens course as were most golf courses in rural Southwest Kansas. Nine holes played twice on rotating tee boxes gives you an excellent 18-hole experience. The course has native grass roughs and Bermuda grass fairways, paved or improved cart paths throughout. It’s a challenging course. There’s not a flat green or fairway on it. Green fees are $8 weekdays and $10 weekends and holidays, paid on the honor system before play. You’ll find a slot to put your green fees in and a score card at the clubhouse.
