Event Description:
Set in a Western Indian territory just after the turn of the 20th Century, the high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colorful background against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, play out their love story.  Although the road to true love never runs smooth, with these two headstrong romantics holding the reins, love's journey is as bumpy as a surrey ride down a country road.

This Rodger's & Hammerstein show has a special place in the hearts of M-ACT fans and participants alike, because it was the first show ever produced by M-ACT in the summer of 1983.  They are proud and pleased to bring you a new and energetic production of this American Theater classic!

Show times are 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.  Advance tickets will be available at the Marysville Chamber of Commerce the week of the production.
