During the Summer of 2008, Kayla Mitchell, Allison Caffrey and Brennan Randel (recent high school graduates and part of the high school art department), with the help from several community members, created and painted a mural as part of a community downtown beautification project. They designed this mural in tribute to the farming lifestyle of the area. 

 

It took approximately two weeks to draw and paint, and was the topic of many conversations.  The biggest question was which color the tractor would be...John Deere green or International red!  As you can see, red won!
