Bonnie Tanis captures the beauty of Kansas in unusual places through her camera lens.  She describes herself as enjoying the discovery of forgotten or deserted relics of the past in her exploration along the "back roads of Kansas."  Her photographs depict elements that stand for the steadfastness and strength of earlier days and characters.
