Visitors at the cemetery will notice the beautiful iron cross grave markers on the far east end of the grounds, the oldest part of the cemetery. 

Some are simple markers made of pipe or straight iron and others, like the three in the photograph, are ornate and decorative crosses handcrafted by local Volga German blacksmiths.
