Open Saturday 9 a.m.-noon, or by appointment. 

 

The historical society has made good use of existing historic buildings that have served in many capacities over the years.  

 

The museum houses collections of local historical significance.  

 

You can learn the stories of local Marshall County historical people via pictures, displays, books, and notebooks including Czech and Swedish immigrants, inventors, authors, celebrities and philanthropists such as: CV Brockenicky, Joseph Smerchek, Clare Ewing, Ed Brychta,  Earl Woods, Tom Blodgett, Ruth Blaney, Dorothy Stratton, Floyd Sutton, Robert Ryan, Professor George Callison, Larry Parsons, and Tom Parker.
